Re: my "Stock" LT1 SS times

Yea my assets are running low, but I have a new job for the summer for $12/hr. So that will help.

I dont have the ASP pulley, E-WP, or Stall yet...

I'm going to the track tomorrow, I'll let you know what I run.

Not bad! You have a very pretty car too. Your best next mods should be... Stall, tires, gears... then N20 You already have the suspention work done, it should hook real well with good tires. If you plan on doing any motor work, I would say pass on the Nitto's or BFG's and go straight for the MT Drag Radial. The best I could pull on Nitto's with my stock motor was a 1.80. Once I added some power I was all over the track. I now cut 1.5's with the MT DR's.

Bersaglieri-
I would say pass on the Pulley and just spend the $ on tires or your hot blonde w/ T&A.

Sticky tires on shooters is in the works, but the pulley is going on there too. Best mod to my car is the Hot Blonde with T&A.

Uh, um...usually I would have to say "No comment" but seeing as how my g/f is pretty cool (knows alot about LT1's thanks to me and gets me parts for gifts) I'd have to say that I get lots more return for my investment from my G/F.

Both have great benefits: unique, good looking, expensive and loud (in a decibal and fashionable way respectively)

I still stick with the GMMG guys, its halarious though when I see people post stuff like "oh I had GMMG its just not that good, sounds..eh ok, crappy workmanship, etc"

Re: my "Stock" LT1 SS times

He doesn't have a freak, he probably just cut a good 60 ft to run that 13.7. I ran 13.9@101 stock. on a 2.09 60ft. I think that your trap speed is kind of low. You didn't break 100mph either time, most stock lt1's run 14.0-14.2 @100 from what I have seen.

Re: my "Stock" LT1 SS times

what would cause my trap to be low??

i have a 160 thermo , but teh car was running a little hott since i hadnt programmed my fans to come on earlier, but it was well below 210 mark
ignitions system is new (opti, coil, icm ,plugs , wires )
fuel pump is new (prolly could change the filter)
etc
