4L60E Shift Problems

For mods and specifics please read my sig.

Well, with the car in D, it goes fine through first gear, then hits second and at about 2200 - 2400 RPMs its just like you kicked the car in neutral, the torque converter is not locking in and the trans isnt pulling again until about 4000 RPMs and wont shift out of second. The day before it had driven fine, it had been fine for about 2 weeks. If you put it just about WOT it will grab and almost instantly "slip out" again at about 3000 RPMs and then like otherwise, it wont pull again until 4k. Im no transmission expert, i have no real damn clue what goes inside an automatic trans lol so im asking for anyones help or oppinions....the same thing happened with the original stock 4L60E, this trans was bout as a gift from some Florida based builder calling themselves "Good Fellas Transmissions" and is under a 1 year unlimited mile warranty, do you think im gonna have to claim it? thanks again for all ur time.
