Bad Vibration in Gear HELP!!!!

Today I fixed a leaky hose off of my waterpump. I let the car off the jacks and itake the car for a ride. I notice a bad vibration when taking off. Im feeling a BAD vibration when the car is under load (ie 1000 rpm and little gas and in 6th gear). However, the vibration does not act up during and idle when I rev it in nuetral. If I ease on the gas I can get the car up to any rpm, its just normal acceleration in low gear generates a massive vibe.

I do not feel this vibration in the clutch pedal. I feel it a little in the gas pedal. The shifter rattles like f***. The car vibrates a good deal in general.I replaced a transmission mount about 2 months ago. In that case the stick just rose about 2-3 inches. It was a cheapo pioneer 8 dolla advance auto mount too. This the stick rattles like mad.

I know im not grinding gears. I do not think that it is engine related (balancer, plugs, ect) because it only does it in gear. My guesses are loose mount, slipping clutch under load (revs dont spike though...), or maybe bad torque arm? I really dont know thats why I am asking.
