Clutch Chatter?

Clutch Chatter?
The other day I started to get clutch chatter. Put the car up on the lift at my work and saw my tranny mount was ripped up. After replacing the mount the chatter is better but still there. Any ideas? I think my clutch is going out as it has started slipping more frequently. -Thanks-Brad
