Trying to bleed clucth and getting nothing

I did the drill mod to my car today. Now we're trying to bleed the system and getting nothing. The clucth pedal is limp as a wet noodle. Does anybody know what we're doing wrong?

how are you bleeding it?

and are you sure you didn't damage the line drilling it out?

We had to disconnect the hydraulic line from the slave cylinder and bleed it by pressing the end of it in and then depressing the clutch. Once we got pedal pressure that way we reconnected it and finished bleeding it that way. I guess the slave cylinder is going bad because the drill mod didn't help anything as far as the clucth pedal coming back up and the car being hard to shift.
