That does not make any sense, you just used "strongest" and "10 bolt" in the same sentence.
In any event I use Motive Performance 4.11's right now, I had the Richmond 3.73's before with no complaints, but when I wanted to go to 4.10's I thought I would try the Motive Performance 4.11's.

Marshall. I will sell you my complete pumpkin with 3.73 Precision Gears for a good price. Good posi, good gears with about 15k on them. Installed great, makes no noise.... You could just come pick it up and drop in the axles and put on the brakes... save you some time. I will sell it to you for $250 if you come pick it up...
Let me know...

My 1st set of Richmonds went through hell before they finally gave in.I raced in Mod Et just about every weekend for 4 years with EtStreets.I just put my second set in a month before I put the car away for the winter.I just hope the second set lasts atleast half as long as the first

I've had Richmonds 4.10s and Motives 4.11s. Motive 4.11s will be stronger than any 4.10 (7.5" of course) of any brand because they have fewer teeth.
4.10 = 41 teeth ring gear, 10 teeth pinion
4.11 = 37 teeth ring gear, 9 teeth pinion
Fewer teeth makes them bigger. I have in my sig a picture of a 4.10 and 4.11 ring gear next to each other and you can tell the obvious difference. Some may argue that fewer teeth means less area of contact between the 2 gears but I've havent broken my rear end since switching to 4.11s in 2 year. Over 200 passes down the track with drag radials.

The 7.5 may be marginal, the 8.2 sturdy, but the 8.5 is arguably stronger than the 12-bolt.
But that's not why I posted.
there are two sorts of gears, street and race. The street gears are harder, for longer wear.
The race gears are softer, to better absorb shock loads.
Keep that information in mind when you shop for gears, and be honest with yourself about what your needs are.
