Went to Nam last night with Jason and a few other buds and everybody was running damn good thinks to good weather that we were blessed with.
Jason let me break in his ET streets down the 1/4 (there for sale, only a few passes on em and I would have em but can't afford them right now) thx for the passes though J.
My first pass was N/A trying to get the feel of the new tires. They hooked damn hard, I just didn't leave hard enough on em and I ran a dissappointing 8.1 1/8 with a 1.77 60' but still managed a 12.7 @ 108 mph!! That would have been an awesome run would I have pulled a 7.9 in the 1/8 as I have previous times out.
On the gas I went for a little ride (didn't heat the tires up nearly enough) but managed a 1.62 60', a 7.22@95.3 and a 11.35@118.7. I believe there's more there but I gotta do some tuning and heat the tires up a lot more.
Again, thx Jason for letting me run the ET Streets, for those that are interested, they do fit stock 16 inch rims and they look/hook damn good!! (jkbadz28) Hell, Jason, You might have to try these damn things in the 1/4 to see if they hook better than the Hooser slicks.
