Dual exhaust question...

Alright, I am curious as to how loud it will be when done...

My engine is a 383 LE3 with all bolt-ons.

The exhaust is Pacesetter LT's, Summit 3" X-pipe, and two
24" Summit glasspacks....gonna be turned down and dumped.

How loud is it gonna be?

Will it wake the neighbors when I leave in the morning?

Glasspacks are relatively loud and raspy.

Pro-flo twister or Moroso spiralflow. Or any of the straight through full bodies mufflers on the market.

One of the best mufflers out there is the Edelbrock SDT 304s...They flow great, sound great and are only 3 5/8" thick with their 3" muffler...No drone, rasp, or anything...I run them and so do some pretty fast stuff locally...and they are not too loud to be obnoxious...

The LE3 cam will be pretty darn loud with any muffler and more so dumped as the sound will echo off the concrete. With a similar cam with TDs all the way to the rear over the axle with either straight thru oval muffs or with twin Hooker Aero Chambers which alot of people complain that they are too quiet, I could hear the car pulling into the driveway when I was in the shower with the water running on the other side of the house!
