Hooker is a very good exhaust. Especially when you got LT's and no cats. Quiet at idle and LOUD at WOT

Magnaflow isn't chambered. The muffler is a straight-through design with sound deadening material packed around it. The worst part is Magnaflow's tips. When mine was installed, we set Magnaflow's huge tips on and started it up. The pitch wasn't near what my old flowmaster was. Then we put my CME tips back on and it was perfect. Similar to the flowmaster with a lot less rasp.

Loudmouth I sounds like a truck, Loudmouth II might not be too bad.

The only problem with hooker is that it's aluminized and not stainless.

Watch in the for sale sections or the local sections of boards like this or there may even be a local board for you.

You can also watch ebay.

I have had 2 catbacks that I bought used locally. The first was Mufflex 4" that I got for $125 IIRC. My current one is a Borla adjustable that I got for ~$250.

I LOVE my aerochamber, LTs and no cats... Especially around 2500-3000 rpms under a bit of a load... or at WoT... or whenever the car is running

My buddy has an 02 SS with SLP exhaust... too damn loud for me, but he is a guy who also ran open headers for 2 months before getting pulled over for it...
