True duals over BOTH sides of the axle?

Can it be done? I have seen pics of one that ahs it done but they cut the upper PHB and ran it between the bars. Now I would think it would get crushed upon impact of a bump or hole in the road but thats just my two cents.

Anyone want to shed some light on this for me?

Yup you can do it. ive got a 9" with 3" duals over both sides. the driver side I ovaled a little bit were the panhard comes up. I didnt relocate the panhard but if you did you might be able to get away with not "ovaling" the pipe.

I did it because I didnt think I could get two 3" pipes through the area where the stock exhaust came over the axle. as it was I had a hard enough time just getting the one 3" to work and still be able to take it out without dropping the axle. I think it is a little better performing since theres less bends and more of a straight shot back.

I fit dual 2.5" over the passenger side though, like I said. BMR also makes a kit to relocate the panhard brace so you can run dual 3" over the passenger side.

Just curious: why did you go with dual 3"? That's a lot of exhaust, even dual 2.5" is more than single 3.5"
I did dual 3'scause i could.... plus it cost me the same to do 3's as it would have to do 2.5's. plus i had planned on dual twin turbos and dual 3's would have been perfect for that.
