52cc heads what should i do for shortblock
355-357cid shortblock (either 3.48" or 3.50")
probably GM forged 1 piece crank (maybe Eagle) hell might even use a stock worked over crank...
forged rods
forged pistons
help me figure out what size rod and piston i will need too get my motor too live under boost (cam will obviously be changed)
i'm thinking 5.7" rod too keep the pin as low as possible and a deeply dished
forged piston because of the chamber size of my heads?
stock deck height (maybe), Cometic gaskets, D1 blower, ALKY injection, custom grind cam

With chambers that small you will need pistons with the biggest dish you can find. I have had good results with the JE -31cc "blower" piston. Put it 5 in the hole and use a ~0.040" gasket and you will have ~8.8:1 if you stick with a 3.48" crank.
