7000+ RPMs + stock PCM ?

Have anyone here done it (facts no roumers) ? I tuned a solid roller 383 LT1 widh a F1r yesterday and it lost all power at 6950 rpm every time. Closer plug gaps didnt do any differnence, did try 2 different MSD7al2 boxes and 2 different coils.

Have reved my old LT1 to 7220 when i lost traction (no load) so i know the PCM will spin higher then 7000 but im not sure if it should have made it under load...

Valve float or voltage problems are my guesses...

383LT1, F1R, meth injection, BB solid roller, AFR heads, stock PCM, E85, 22psi
1085 hp 880 Ftlb

A friend of mine spun his N/A solid roller 396LT1 to 7700 on a stock PCM. I'm pretty sure his forum name here is P. Awesome numbers btw
