bolts on the crank pulley keep coming loose

well I everytime I tighten the crap out of the bolts for the procharger crank pulley it keeps vibrating loose. already lunched one belt. I have the spacer on and everything. any ideas? also does anyone else besides procharger carry crank pullys like 8 rib 12 rib etc.

Are you using a new crank bolt? Use some loctite and torque the bolt to 250 ft/lbs

They should be German tight (guttentight) and you should should use Loctite. Is the face of the pulley warped or something?

well the last time it came loose it hit the motor for one of the fans and damaged the ribs. I thought that i had the pretty tight because i could see the other end of the bolt coming through the factory crank pulley but i didnt tighten it anymore because it would have come a little too close to the opti

did you grind the stock arrow off the stock balancer
mine did the same thing
watch out because it will ruine the balancer hub
