At what point do you need the double-pump set up versus using a single in-tank and a KB Boost A Pump, or some inline set up?

Anything over 400 RWHP, and you should look into doing something more than just a single pump. ATI makes a booster pump that piggybacks on your single pump that is made specifically for supercharged setups. If you are interested I have a brand new one still in the bag I will sell for $100.

I got one of them Came with my D1SC that is waiting to go on until next year when I graduate, and have the money for a "real" rebuild, and then drivetrain problems as they ( And they will ) come up.

I was just hoping that if I do a Racetronics single-pump in tank now, I wont have to drop the tank again later ( Cause it sucks getting our tanks out ) when I build a boosted and sprayed 383/396. I was hoping that, with some kind of inline, and a KB BAP, or something like that, would support 550-600 RWHP. I am shooting for that kinda power, on a D1SC LTt. And then possibly still using my N20 kit as some sort of stand alone, fuel cell and seperate pump, for just when I am on the spray for a small ( 100 ) shot or something. Basically, I want to make a nasty street car thats stroked, blown, and sprayed

You don't have to "drop" the fuel tank to have access to it. There is a huge write up at the top of the forced induction section. It has detailed pics of several guys (including myself) who got to their fuel pumps from in the car.

The ATI booster pump will support the power levels you are looking for. If you are planning on much more than 500 RWHP, I would reccomend getting a second 255 pump though, as that seems to be what most are doing.
