help with turbo LT1 suggestions

alright, i am going to be building a turbo LT1 this fall, so i want to start picking up parts this summer

So far I am thinking
borg warner s400 turbo
lunati sledgehammer crank
compustar h-beam rods
Ross dished pistons (not sure how far i will dish yet)
ported stock heads
ported stock manifold

my questions right now

What injectors am i going to want/need. I was thinking probably 42#

what intercooler fits well for a 94 LT1?

do u know what amount of boost i will be able to run? I kind of want to run around 15-18psi, but idk if i can do that with this turbo? A local guy recommended me this turbo. (motor will be a 355)
My goals are mid 10's with this car, 3600 stall, and 4.10 gears.

Dont go less than 60# Motrons. They will work with the stock computer and support ~600rwhp no problem.

The S400 turbo is physially huge (size of housings), but it is a 74mm turbo T6. Unless your prepared to adjust the fans/radiator (pushing them forward or ditching A/C to push the radiator forward), then I would suggest a T4 turbo. You should be able to hit 10's, but you'll need to ditch the 4.10 gears. You'll go faster with 3.42's. PM engineermike about gear opinions, he has an auto and probably can recommend something.

ok, what would be a T4 turbo around the same price as that s400? also, after talking to some people the other day, i found out with turbo that i wanted higher gears, so i'll probably stick with my 3.23's.

thanks for your help.
is there anyplace i can read up on turbos? i know a little bit, but not enough to feel as comfortable as i'd like to.

The only T4 turbo that is comparable in price is a Masterpower T70. You can find used T76's for ~$700-800 or so on turbomustangs.com. The S400 will be a god turbo, but the thing is huge. Its tight in the LT1 engine bay.

research on turbomustangs.com

thanks man. I had the guy that recommended me the s400 also recommend the master power t70. What do u think about garrett turbos?
i have access to a t4/gt40 "blowzilla", how would that work?

id kind of like to keep the turbo under 800, so if you have any recommendations other than the t70, that'd be great.

GT40 is too small.
