Installing ATI 2 core & P600B pulley question...

I can't use my FMIC due to overheating, so it is now plan "B" to install the ATI 2 core. I'm trying to figure out how to mount the IC and use a 90 degree elbow as shown in the manual. Looks more like a 135 degree elbow is needed. Anyone have any wisdom for this? I also need a scoop for the IC, or possibly another IC w/ scoop (two of the mounting lugs are broken).

I'm also looking to add a 12# pulley on the P600B (mine is 3.25" diameter). Is the pulley bolt regular or reverse thread, and any tips on removing it while the blower is installed?

The p600 is regular right hand thread. if you can't hold it get a old belt, put it on and then hold it with your favorite plier.
