Issues with SDCE idler pully

Well i started to experience problems with torn up belts... I took the idler pulley off and noticed that it has worn out quit bad from the outside (side closest to the bracket). Can someone describe a way that i can check to make sure everything is lined up correctly?
Ill take a pic of the idler here in little bit.
Thanks

This bothers me. I hope mine is not doing the same thing. You could take a straight edge and put it on your crank pulley. Might be tight quarters though.
