Just for fun YSI

What do people think of the YSI

How would a YSI work on a 355 with a 7000rpm red line HR cam

Could this kind of set up push the 800rwhp mark ?

Hummmmm, why not just re-word the question like it reads in your head" "I'd like to get a YSi. What do you guys think?". Just dooooooo it. Lots of CFM and i think it would be a good fit for your set up. And spinning it that high will be running it in a good range of that head unit. Check out the specs on Vortech's site and see how it fits with your setup. I wish i would have skipped the T and went with the YSi. Thats why i have my eyes peeled on ebay for a good YSi deal, but for now, the T fits well with my current setup. I'm not over spinning it, it's making enough boost, and it runs right in its efficency range where i'm spinning it. Now if I can just get the twin pumps back from Lonnie's, she won't be thirsty anymore.

I wish I had gone with the ysi over my t also, but at the time I was using tpis headers that wouldnt clear intake tube without mods on my sq.

Kicking myself ever since, it was only 250 extra for the y over the t.

Anyone wanna buy a sq or a t
