On a WOT blast @10psi im seeing a significant amount of knock retard on the scanner. Its showing about 7* knock retard above 3500 rpm. Normal driving im seeing a couple degrees here and there, comes and goes. I was running about 26* @ WOT above 4k so I went back in my tune and pulled 8* from 3000 and up and went out again. Same ****, 7-8* knock retard and a huge loss of power. I dont have an intercooler, but ive got a single nozzle meth kit that comes on ~5psi and its the largest nozzle they offer. Im assuming its false knock since timing change did absolutely nothing, but I dont want to hurt the engine as its a new build. What are your thoughts on this guys? Oh, and im running ngk tr6's gapped @ .028". Do I need a colder plug?
On another note, im debating swapping out my meth pump which is 150 psi unit to their newer 250 psi unit, which will effectively increase the shot of meth/water, which is around 50/50 mix. Thanks in advance for any help.

LT1 knock sensors are junk, I even have the lt4 knock modual and i would start my car and crusing around it would pull knock all the time, Ive been running mine 3 years with the know zero'd (not the safest thing to do) I also track/race my car alot.
Mine I think was from exhaust hitting stuff...check to make sure you dont have anything hitting the exhaust as it could pick up knock.
I ran 26-28* timing on 8psi.

Funny you should mention the exhaust hitting something as thats what I was thinking as my y-pipe for LTs goes over my short torque arm and it does bump it at times. I believe I MAY have a rocker slightly out of adjustment on the pass. side as well. I dont think its true knock. I guess I need to check all my interference points of my exhaust first, then adjust my rockers again. Need to clear this issue up so I can hit the track. Any other ideas? I do have the lt4 K.M. already. Im going to mix some better fuel in as well and see if that changes anything, but since I have meth/water injection I dont think its a fueling issue. My wideband is showing around 10.5:1 AFR @ WOT.
