If the commissions go well over the winter you may have to do a twin/AC setup. I wouldnt really care about cost. Would rather have you build it than many others (speed inc which is local).

Put the rad. where ever. I could care less, my buddy with a lift in the garage wont be your best friend but i still will.

The s400 is cheap, no way to argue that at all. But I still would argue that its too big for what most want to do. Sure it will spool and make killer power - people have proved this already - But I think a 76 would suit 90% of those people running s400 just fine for power levels and be more responsive.

Again just my opinion - I'm the one running a baby turbo and whining because everyone elses is bigger.

Can you design a more spacious engine compartment that has more room for a turbo? Just kidding... A coated kit that keeps the AC would be a necessity for me.

Im thinking the T6 kit would be a good seller, If you could offer two kits, one single T4 and one single T6 witout loosing the A/C you would corner 90% of the market. also dont forget about the TC78 I traded up to it over my T70. the TC series is much more compact that the T series and you can get them for less than 1K shipped.

getting a T4 to perfrom as good and be cheaper that an s400 would be damn near impossible. the only T4 that would be close is the MP T76 and the results so far havent be that promising. since the exhaust side is the same as the T70, the one that I saw tested only managed ~75hp over the T70....

A scavange pump isnt the end of the world and if the customer wanted you could actually do a standalone oil setup which in some eyes is better than bringing the hot oil back to the engine... I also like the cutout before the crossmember. its not the best way BUT it does make it easy to make big power and be bolton...
