Map higher than baro air pressure?

I have read and read and i always see where the baro air pressure should always be higher than the map. Is this true on the supercharged units? Its not much and always at high rpm wot runs but i get it some times. The reading are baro .96 on some runs and the map reaches 1.04 and on some the baro starts at .96 and goes to 1.04 and the map will be at 1.04 also.

Well i replaced the map, connector and the orange seal and now the baro never changes or has the map get higher. I would have tested them one at a time but i didn't want the corrosion from the old plug or map to contaminate the new parts. Problem solved for $65.
