The JE pistons come with a nice set of moly rings that should be adequate for all but the most extreme uses. If you want to upgrade though, the "Hellfire" rings are very nice. PITA to gap though, they are pretty hard.

Re: Need Help Asap!!!!!!!

I ordered my rings from them with "boost" in mind ... they sent me the best they had.

Anyways... with the proper gap i think JE pistons will suffice... i did 607 with them @10psi boost... so they work.

Re: Need Help Asap!!!!!!!

The middle three should be sufficient. Oliver makes a nice set of billet main caps, they even stamp OLIVER into them. LOL Anyways, they're about $240 bucks or so for the three, then figure on another $100 for a main stud kit from ARP.

I don't think the block would really need to be filled unless you're turning some serious RPM or running alot of boost. If it's a street car, don't fill it all the way, just enough to strengthen the main webbing because it will run hot. If you do decide to fill it, it would be a very good idea to revamp the cooling system.
