If you wouldnt mind, could you list the following on your setups:
CI
cam spec
heads
power adder
I am just trying to get an idea on the potential of a combo I have picked out. Thanks so much.

383 (callies crank, rods, SRP-31cc pistons)
Ported LT1 heads (271/187 cfm @ .550)
214/224 114LSA .565"/.605"
Vortech S Trim (maxxed out: 12-15psi range)
Alky Injection
Comp R lifters
Jet Hot LT's/ Mufflex Y-pipe/Carsound hi flow cat/flowmaster catback
BBK 52mm TB
Spec stg 3 cluthc + flywheel
My setup will be similar rskrause, but I wanted to see what other combos were out there. I have to pass emissions here in MA, so I figure this baby cam will have to do. Also, it should be a pretty stealthy cam...

You are forgetting a fuel system. Sounds like a pretty nice setup. I would also recommend going with a McLeod Street Twin over a SPEC 3 clutch. Who is porting your heads?

The heads were ported by Lloyd Elliott last year. I am currently running them now.
Why McLeod over the spec?

Also I have seen at least two SPEC clutches fall apart. The McLeod Street Twin IMHO is the best clutch out there. Do it once and get the McLeod. Hopefully, you have a 12bolt.

Well, I am on a tight budget...I told the wife 3k for the stroker, so far its closer to 4k (including the clutch and flywheel). The Mcleod is going to be too damn pricey for me right now. What about centerforce dual friction? How much hp is it good for? I am currently on a 10 bolt right now I dont run slicks and when i run dr's I roll out of the box and mash it once I am rolling. The injectors I have now arent gonna cut it? Maybe i will just have to run 6-8psi for awhile until I can afford to buy new injectors.
