procharger help?

procharger help?

i just got a used kit where do you get the oil pressure line mounted to? the block somewhere? but where?

....and why is the return line so much bigger then the feed line?

you have to punch a hole in the oil pan and tap it. Run a T ot fitting there.

the punched hole in the pan if for the return line, where does the pressure side come from?

On an LT1, there's a pressurized oil port just above the oil filter that is plugged up from the factory. Just unplug that and hook your oil feed line into it. Oh, on some 94's the oil pressure sending unit may be plugged into that port.

Oh, the oil return line is alot bigger cause the oil must gravity drain back into the pan, unlike the feed line which is under pressure at all times.

Check out page 9 of this manual, it's not ATI, but it's the same principle.
