I've got some dryer hose I could sell you that withstand 160lbs of dead weight standing on it and jumping. I sold some to another member on here already. I bought 10 ft of it and still have roughly 5ft left. You can see it here.

There's someone on this board that makes metal inlet tubes such as this one for the Prochargers. It will work the best and yeild you maximum boost. Since she (or he, not sure) isn't a sponser, I don't want to post who they are to get them in trouble. But you can PM me and I will give you their board name.

I forgot to ask you but how are you sealing the metal intake tube on the blower?

B I'm using the exact same one as shown above. Actually that one shown is mine. To seal it I'm using a 4" t-bolt clamp and I cut 1/5" 4" silicone hose to the inlet then slide the tube and clamp it down. Works like a charm and will not budge. I've pulled on it and tried to force it off and no go. The rest is my industrial strength dryer hose and the modified 4" elbow shown the pic w/ the filter. I know it's gonna flow.

It does slip over the blower inlet lip. You need to cut slits in the inlet tube, and then get a clamp to clamp it onto the inlet lip. Or you can rig some kind of rubber hose between the two.

Call ATI. They make a new replacement for it. I just replaced my orange inlet hose with it and it slips on perfect, and around all of the various internal components in the engine bay. It's about $150. If you go that route, order the 90* hose too.

CALL911 is right w/ the rubber hose between the two as that's what I did. The inlet hat and T-bolt clamp alone will not sit on correctly or seal--at least it didn't for me so that's why I used the silicone hose.
B I keep receipts for everything since I know I may need that source again but I don't have the receipt for the industrial hose. Can't remember where I picked it up from but if want a ft or 2 I can accomodate ya.

Hmm... now where would I find some rubber hose thats a little bit smaller than 4 inches in diameter thats thin enough to fit in between the blower inlet and the metal intake tube?
Sorry to hi-jack your thread!

Have used a elbow like the one above a lot
I made 5-6 spotweld dots on the inside of the T-bolt clamp so it put som extra press on the part that slips over the SC intake, the elbow didnt move a bit under last race season.
Ps Lisa33 is my wifes nick but its me Ake Eliasson who makes the most writing.

That's the one I'm selling for $110 shipped. I was going to use it, but am going a different route.
It's great for someone who wants something that's plug and play.

For those who want/need a visual for the difference,
Here is the inlet tube with slits in it, and a clamp over it,
And here it is on ZBLKHELLRZR's car with the rubber inlet,
I have the "new and improved" plastic inlet tube from ATI on my car. I guess it is better than the old dryer hose ATI use to use, however I have heard of it cracking under 12#'s of boost, and I can attest that the plastic inlet tube is still pretty restrictive (as why I will be installing the above metal inlet tube on my car this year).
