For serious power sell the powerdyne and go either Procharger or Vortech. You will max out that Powerdyne trying to feed enough air into your 383.

As far as a pulley goes just go online and do a search- there are numerous distributors out there that can help you-

The 4# BD11A pulleys should be 6" crank and 3" head unit.
Good Luck

asp will make any pulley for you. I bought mine on ebay though loooong ago. I maxed mine out with a 7 in. crank pulley and 2.92 s/c pulley on my head/cam 350. It wont feed a 383. It wasnt meant for much more than a stock engine. I upgraded to a vortech s-trim, and from what ive read, even these wont feed a good flowing 383. You need a t-trim at minimum or a P1SC. A D1SC or a YSI would be perfect and is in my future list of to-dos when I get the 383 finished.

Honestly, you're wasting your time. It will mostly be a restriction in your intake tract and a heat producer, which will raise your intake temps so high, the impact will likely negate itself and you'll hardly gain anything. Trust me on this. Ive been down this road with a 355, which is why i ditched the powerdyne and moved to the s-trim. I dont have an intercooler but im spinning the crap out of the s-trim and the most I see is about 12psi, 15 on a cold day. This is on a 355. If you put the s-trim on a well flowing 383 you'll probably see 6-7psi at best unless you upgrade the bearings and impeller, in which case you might as well move to the next model. This is where research becomes your friend B4 you buy. You didnt plan it out well, just accept it and move on. Sell the powerdyne and put some spray on it for now and save up for a used s-trim. I got mine for about $1650 shipped.

x2-

I have a little 600b on my car now that I have maxed out. But I originally bought it when it was stock and before the HP bug bit me- now 383 cubes and I'm dealing with minimal boost numbers and prol ditching it and going turbo route instead to get the power numbers I'm after. (Pretty sad when 500 RWHP isn't enough )

You are going to spend a decent chunk on getting a pulley custom made so your best bet is to sell your blower and wait for deal to come along on a blower that is going to better suited for your needs.

So true. I remember when I got into motorsports and my 1st gen sbc build. I said yeah I just want about 300-350 hp. Basic rebuild with higher compression and a nice sized cam, bowl ported heads, roller tip rockers b.c. I couldnt afford full rollers, and a 2400 stall. It was about as quick as a stock LT1, which at the time was enough to beat up on 5.0's.
Boy how things changed after I got the TA. I thought it was fast enough at first, but that didnt last long til I got spanked by an ls1 vette. That planted the f*ck LS1 seed. Once warranty was up, I got the bug, bought the powerdyne, and it didnt make it onto a car for about 6 years, due to everyday life obstacles. First the cam, then bigger cam/heads, then add nitrous, then the supercharger, sprayed that a little while after, then the s-trim. Went from the H/C supercharger with spray, back to a smaller cam with an s-trim in 2 years, and havent really felt the need to spray it on the street since its quick enough, but still, bigger and better things are in the near future anyways! Its like a drug.

Can't go to jail for being addicted to HP...With some of the addicts we have around here though HP should be considered a controlled substance.
