Replacing meth with denatured alcohol

This is probably a dumb question, but what would be the pros and cons with switching from meth to denatured alcohol?

Denatured alcohol is ethanol which has been made toxic for consumption by adding 10% methanol.

Although they are both alcohols, they have different BTU and octane ratings.

Denatured alcohol is commonly know as white gas or camp fuel.
Methanol is called methyl hydrate or wood alcohol.

Jetting to use ethanol would probably work with denatured alcohol but you'll get the corrosive nature of methanol.

We used winshield washer fluid back in 2006 as compliment to oure OBX IC(ethanol & isopropanol in sweden) It worked great and i dont belive its so much corrosive as meth.
+ not so corrosive, easier to buy, meth is poison (to drink and on youre skin.)
- Lower octan, and it takes less heat to evaporate.
