you need to find out. anything you do with out knowing what the timing is set at will be a waste of time and effort.

i got recommended a 224/232 555/565 114 or on a 115 lsa.do you think it would be worth the swap to make it more boost friendly?

That custom cam looks a lot like the old school CC305.
220-230, .544-.544 lift on either a 112 or 114.

its very similar to the cc305 cam but thats what advanced induction cusom grinded for my set up.

I have a new build in the process that will be

383
afr elimantor heads hand ported 300/240 cfm
vortech v7 ys blower 12-15 psi
custom high lift blower cam 223/235 .610/.629 114 LSA

Try running your set up on the dyno with the blower intake unhooked from the blower,the intakes on the lt1 are so restricted.Mine went from 560 rwhp to650 rwhp unhooked.
