... which wire are you guys tapping into to get power for those pumps? I assume an ignition wire, but which fuse it in the relay box?

any orange wire should give it to you IIRC they are 12V switched but might be just 12V hot. i think my old LL setup was tapped that way so you could check that out if you wanted. you running them off a relay ?

for the oil scavenge pump i would use 12 V switched to have it running when the engine is going just for ease of install (no switch to forget to turn on, etc) as far as your alky kit, its up to you, im not sure what the amp draw is on it but i imagine its significant so a relay would make that a little easier on the electrical setup. if you need a hand, id be glad to help you wire it up

I found a relay that came in the alky kit, so now it's down to the oil pump. If i run the pump off the standard 10A fuse in the fuse block, and the pmp draws 10A, should I switch out the 10a fuse to 20A (to accomodate for the original 10A + the pump which draws 10A)?

Pretty sure this is the right way to run the oil pump:

the ignition wire from fuse box ---> relay ----> ground. Then across the relay is 12V hot (all the time) --->relay --- > fuse for the pump ---> pump ----> ground?
