Re: Turbo Build For Jason Short

Unbelieveable Jon! I can't believe how well that drivers side header turned out! That is exactly what I had in mind, and initially I thought that I would have to sacrifice plug clearance on that side due to my header style and routing criteria. The plug access you were able to get out of it is just incredible!!

You've exceeded my expectations

Glad you are happy jason!

Jon, you are really moving fast with the fabrication!! Again, the setup has already exceeded my high expectations

I am going to run a Tial 44mm or 50mm wastegate. Also, I have the Canton pan for LT1 F-bodies on my car.

Thanks again!!!

Re: Turbo Build For Jason Short

Jon,
I can't tell you (again) how happy I am with how it turned out You've exceeded my already high expectations!! Every setup I've looked into (or owned) involved sacrificing something. Aside from the A/C (which I didn't want or need), I can truly say that I have not had to sacrifice anything with this setup

Thanks guys. Twin feed pipes for the 50mm wastegate. You can see the start of the dump pipe for the downpipe

Re: Turbo Build For Jason Short

Jon, this setup is looking crazier by the day! I just tried sending you a PM, but your box is full.

I can't believe how this is turning out. You have gone WAY above and beyond for me on this!!

Re: Turbo Build For Jason Short

Holy cow and I thought my routing was intense!

Just as a thought, would going to the gear-reduction LT4 starter get a little more clearance in there?

Hey Geoff, yeah the LT4 starter should help with clearance. What's up with your car?
