If you own a vortech kit and want a little more power I have talked with Brian at Specticle soulutions about his lid that he makes for the kits. It provides an 18HP and 18TQ increase over stock. We need at least five people to get the price down in the $150 range. I have one person already so we only need three more if you are interested give me your email address and I will send you some pictures and dyno sheets.

The lid is not being offered through the company. There is not a lot of demand for the lid since Vortech has only sold @ 500 kits total. He is not trying to make any money on these just to offer them to a select few people trying to get the most out of these kits that we own. The only way to do that is to get enough people to do a small production run to keep the cost down. I have been in contact with Brian and have arrainged this to happen if I could get at least five people to agree to buy one and the cost would be easily justified to some considering that a regular air lid is around this same price range ETC... These are the only pictures he had so they have his logo on them. So to answer your question no he is not a sponser nor am I. I am just a fellow gear head trying to get something for my car.

I don't think they make one for the great LT1's but I wish they had to help get this going I want one bad also.

 

I guess I am the only guy in here with a vortech on an LS1?
