To my knowledge, there is no factory built FMIC for any ATI LT1 setup. Most of the guys on here with FMIC on their LT1's (including myself) have gotten custom made FMIC's, and then had the plumbing fabricated to make everything work. It is kind of a PITA, but the FMIC is definatly the way to go, and still worth the effort IMO. So, in short, there is no list of "every part you will need".
Call Bob at EPP (www.exoticperformanceplus.com) for a custom FMIC. Tell him CALL911 sent you, and I'm sure he will get you the same deal on it as he gave me. As for all the plumbing to make it work, I suggest trying exhaust shops for the custom piping. My engine builder made mine, but it cost me an arm and a leg.

4 90's
2 45's
1 75
1 Ebay Intercooler 4x12x24
Some 1 inch angle iron welded into an L shape to mount the intercooler to the bumper.
Sawzall to cut a hole into the bumper.
Flat Black spray paint.
About 3ft of 3" straight gates hose
10-15 3" clamps
1 90 degree silicone coupler(fits over the outlet of the charger)
I already had ATI's maf to pressure side conversion.
Hope this helps.

Mine is all 3" piping until it necks out to 3.5" for the MAF section that is in the engine bay. This ebay piping kit has most of what you need. It is very high quality lightweight polished aluminum with some kind of clear coat. However, It doesn't have enough 90's. So you can either buy 2 more 90's off ebay or have a local muffler shop bend your two extra straight pieces(not used) for you. I just bought 2 additional 90's off ebay because the bends were so nice. I then welded beads on the ends of all the cut pipes to prevent blow off. To be honest, a bead roller looks much better than welds. I didn't have to weld any pipes together at all and that makes for a very clean install. I tucked my mondo valve in front of the passenger side wheel well just prior to the intercooler. The mondo vents to the side of the car and sometimes blows up dust. Its a really cool show off item though. There are alot of pictures of my FMIC install on page 2 of my cardomain site.

On mounting the intercooler:
I entirely removed the boxed framing that bolts to the front of the frame and holds the composite bumper underneath the bumper cover. I then took two pieces of 1/4" diamond plate (may have been 3/8" - I have forgotten) and welded them so that I have a single plane on the back side of the intercooler assembly. The tops of these ears are also coplanar or colinear with the top of the core. I think these pieces were cut at 7.5" tall and 9" long, the latter being the length across the top of the intercooler. Then, I simply transferred the bolt pattern, made the necessary bores, and used shouldered bolt in a thru-bolt configuration. I found this to be much easier than fiddling around with the threaded bosses in the top and bottom of the core; I didn't like the idea of supporting anything by the top of the core. The end tanks have a huge welded joint to distribute load versus this top sheet or plate, not to mention being thick, cast pieces. This is not to say the top and bottom mounts aren't usable, I just thought they were less than ideal. Plus, I got to use this monster-duty diamond plate I had sitting around forever.

That boxed frame is the bumper and is designed to crush and keep from bending the frame in a collision. Granted my intercooler will be toast in a front end collision but without a bumper even a small collision is going to bend your frame and total the car. Does your monster plate provide any kind of front end collision support?

Believe me I gave alot of thought to removing the bumper. That would have made the install much easier and removed alot of weight. Nice car by the way.

Sweet I have an auto so Im assuming that the Mondo valve
wont be too loud ....... Or will it still be really loud without the silencer ?
Again thanks for your patience and help

You'll get mixed opinions on how loud the mondo is. I personally thought it was too loud. It sounds like rushing air similar to a jet turbine engine.
