Question 85 iroc-z 5.0 caught on fire and i know why

I just put in a new injector. I re-installed everything thought it was perfect. I tried to start my car and it wouldn't start, so i tried starting it again and poof my car goes up in flames. After i get the fire out i take a look and theres no major damage. I turn the key so the fuel pump will start and notice that the line that is connected to the fuel rail which comes off the cold start valve is spraying fuel all over my distributor(hence the fire.) I took it off and noticed it didn't have an o ring which its supposed to have. I put on an o ring and tightened it til it wouldn't get any tighter, turned the key and it still sprayed fuel. so i took it off again and doubled the o rings, re-installed it and turned the key. Same thing i can't figure out how to get it so it doesn't spray fuel. I have taken my motor apart to install a camshaft and lifters which included the cold start valve and i never had any leaks or spraying fuel before. Some one please help me try to figure something out or any info on where i can get a cold start valve assembly. I really don't want to lose my car because i cant fix it or it catches on fire again.
