Car won't start
Car is getting spark (spark between plug and wire)
LT1
Aeromotive FPR
Ford 30# Injectors
stock fuel pump
Gas is getting to the rails
I have 42# on prime but after fuel pump shuts of the pressure drops to zero!

What year is the car? What modifications, if any, have been made to the engine, beyond those to the fuel system? Why not add a "signature" with basic info about the car - year, model, engine tranny and any major mods. That way people have all the info they need to help you.
Have you scanned the PCM for codes? Have you verified that you have 12V to the pink wire at each injector harness connector? Have you use a 'noid light to verify the PCM is providing the ground to fire the injectors?
Have you checked the AFPR for wet fuel in the vacuum line? Have you tried adjusting the pressure? The Aeromotive AFPR's for the LT1 seem to fail quite often. When the pump shuts off, how long does it take for the fuel pressure to drop to "0"?

When I had an Aeromotive regulator, it also wouldn't hold pressure, so I called them up and they said that it was designed that way to get the flow they wanted. Either way, I used to turn on the ignition and let the pump prime for a couple seconds then start the car, and it always fired right up. I ran it that way for several years - pressure drops right off to nothing when you turn the engine off.
Str8rpn, maybe pull the injectors and see if they are squirting anything. Check the injector fuses. See if the plugs are wet with fuel.
Is it popping and sputtering? Or just nothing firing at all?

Why not do some basic troubleshooting as well.....shoebox.com
http://shbox.com/1/4th_gen_tech2.html#opti_test
I have been able to identify and correct multiple issues by just going through some of the basic checks of coil resistance, opti signal, icm signal/power up...etc....
That's where I'd start and it sounds totally textbook.....
Good luck and let us know,
Ivan
