Might try calling Hawks Motorsports. They sell a replacement part, but it's out of stock right now.

I did find one allegedly at a Canadian vendor - https://camarodepot.ca/
They claimed to be able to get it to me in a week but it ended up costing 388 CAD. Insane. I last bought one in 2012 for 35$. Bought it anyways since no one else had one.
Going to have to buy a conversion kit for the next clutch replacement.
