you mean a short block or a bare block?
just check out the engine section of www.summitracing.com or www.jegs.com
i would go for something like the tried and true ZZ4 shortblock

Re: 350 Bare Block
The 350 has to be the most common block in the US at the present time. But as the previous post stated, do you want an assembled short block (ie an engine minus heads and accessories) or just a bare block? If it's a bare block you have your choice all the way from a junkyard block for a couple hundred bucks to a new Bowtie or aftermarket iron block for ~$2K to an aluminum block for $~4K. But if want a new, stock, OEM block or a GM shortblock I'd recomend either calling Dal Slabaugh at 877-448-5451, lockitup@bright.net or Jason Cromer at 877-726-8295, parts@samtaylor.com Both are ~10% above cost plus shipping. If you have a good local source for GM parts, that's another option. Sallee Chevrolet is another option for OEM parts at decent prices at http://www.sallee-chevrolet.com
The GM "crate" motors/partial engines (shortblocks) are a "no-risk" choice. Here's a selection of partial engines and blocks: http://www.sallee-chevrolet.com/Engine_Blocks/gm.html
