Re: 93 with a 95 motor?

You can put the engine directly into your 93, and run it off the 93's ECM and wiring harness. It would probably be a good idea to use the 93's intake manifold and fuel rails on the 95 engine since they are set up for the 93 ECM batch-fire injection. You can keep the 93 PVC valve and vacuum source with the 93 intake manifold.

If you still have the EGR and AIR installed, take the AIR pump off the 95 engine, and keep the AIR pump that's bolted to the 93 chassis. The passenger side exhaust manifold from the 93 would have to be used, or you would have to block the forward AIR connection on the 95 manifold. I think the driver's side exhaust manifolds have the same AIR connection.

For the Opti, keep the 95 Opti, and get a new short Opti electrical harness from EFIConnection. The plug on the 95 requires a different connector. The short Opti harness starts at the gray connector on the bracket on the passenger side of the intake manifold. To add the vacuum system to the Opti, put a "tee" in the connection at the intake manifold for the EGR valve (vacuum source) and connect the air supply line to the intake elbow by drilling a hole in the elbow and inserting the blue plastic Opti vacuum harness elbow.

You 93 has the oil pressure sensor on the driver's side of the block, above the oil filter. The 95's will be at the top of the block behind the back edge of the intake manifold. Make sure the 93's harness wire will reach.

Probably a few additional minor issues, but that should get you started.
