Re: 95 camaro z28 idle issue
Post an entire data log on an ftp site so we can download it and review it. Can't determine much from a single data frame. Also need to post the specifics of the engine/trans (yours appears to be an M6 based on target idle RPM), including any mods and whether it runs an aftermarket tune.
Your IAC counts appear very high, with something in the range of 20-40 being more normal at idle. The data log would hopefully include an incident of (almost) stalling.

Looking further at the screen shot:
-inlet air temp is excessively high at 169*F. May be a problem with the sensor.
-bank 1 and bank 2 long term fuel trims (LTFT) are both low, indicating the PCM is pulling out fuel to correct a possible rich condition. Pulling out 9.4% on the left bank (driver side) and 10.9% on the right bank.
-although IAC counts are high, it is idling within 7 RPM of the 800 RPM target idle speed.
-most other items seem very normal. MAP and Barometer are a shade low, indicating that you may live at a location that is a bit above sea level, or barometric pressure was low because of local storm conditions.
But there is a lot more to be learned from a complete data log.
