Re: Brake Pads?

Performance Friction Z-rated pads. Very good stopping power and No brake dust from them.

Re: Brake Pads?

Hawk pads are what I use, almost no dust, no sound.

Re: Brake Pads?

I switched to ceramic when I swapped rotors on the front and I'll never go back. No noise, no dust. The back wheels get dark and the fronts are still clean.

Re: Brake Pads?

Another vote for ceramics. I run Raybestos ceramic pads ... $150 for all 4 corners. No dust, no noise, good stops. Lifetime replacement through CarQuest if you get the pads there. Never buy pads again.

I just took everything apart last night to paint my calipers. With about 25K miles on these pads, you can't even tell they are worn down at all.

EBC Greens

I get them from Tirerack.com

If you are price sensative you even get the Hawk pads for cheaper there...

Re: Brake Pads?

I just installed Hawk HP+ on the front and AutoZone generics on the rear along with Earl's braided stainless brake hoses. Night and day difference. I have to learn how to drive the car all over again!
The HP+ pads are a street/track pad and may not last as long as a street replacement, but the friction coefficient is worth it for me.
