....any way to adjust it? One guy wants $150 for a power seat track assy. which I think is way too high. Nothing on ebay or local either. So is there anyway I can move this thing forward at all? The guy before me had the seat all the way back and it's a tad too far for me.

 

Is yours adjustable for both height and tilt?
I know on my 99 Z28 the seat has 3 motors, and there all the same motor so if you don't mind losing either the front or rear height adjustment on you seat you can grind the rivets of the bad motor and off one of the other good motors, swap the good for the bad. Then use some bolts to mount the good motor back up. You might be able to buy just the motor, but I don't really know.
