dangling connector on fan harness

As I was walking out to the car today, I noticed a connector dangling under the front of the car. It's coming from the same harness that goes to the driver's side cooling fan with the other end dissappearing into the into the body somewhere. I don't have a good jack or stands at my apartment, so I wasn't able to get completely under the car to see where it does, or where it might connect. The dangling connector exits the harness about 12" from the fan. Any idea what this is, or where it should be connected?

Shoebox's site shows pretty much all the connectors for a 95, good place to start: http://shbox.com/1/schematics_wiring.html
