Dual Fan PCM Operation 1994

Dual Fan PCM Operation 1994
Hi all,
My question is about the first sentence in shbox snippet below. What "change" was made in late 1994 for the fans going from a 2 relay to 3 relay system and when in 1994. My build is May 1994. Was it a PCM tuning change (commanding ground path for the relays), or just the additional wiring and relay, and the ground paths from the PCM stayed the same? (A10 and A11 on the PCM respectively)
I may have to ask a tuner that's familiar with early and late 1994 builds to confirm PCM ground path for the relays. Ive been away and finally back to working on the 1LE (going from the big single fan configuration to the standard dual fan setup).

Re: Dual Fan PCM Operation 1994
I'm sure I'll find out when I'm finished with the install and start the vehicle (during the coolant fill and bleed operation) if when the ECT hits 226°F and only the driver side fan comes on lol. This would mean that my PCM doesn't have the tuning for a ground path on A10 (secondary fan operation).
Good news is I've completed the majority of the wiring and splices. The only portions remaining are the whips for the compressor, pressure switch, and evap temp sensor. Wiring is ran, just not terminated yet for those. All wiring (and splices) for 3 relay fan system is complete, as are PCM terminations.
I need to stop being lazy and bolt in the components (compressor + lines etc) and start testing my install.
