The Corsa sounds good! But that price is sick! What about the LMII? What is it comparable to? Or the Texas Speed Rumbler? Any thoughts?

I've heard that SLP's Loudmouth's only sound good with stock manifolds, and then it sounds like crap with headers. So I guess this would depend on your plans.

LS1Sounds.com is your friend.[/url]

Corsa is expensive -- you'll pay $800-1000 for a catback (depending on which tips you choose). But:

1. It has a nice, mean-sounding-yet-quiet idle and sounds awesome higher in the rev range. Sound clips here.
2. The muffler flows exactly as well as a 3" straight pipe. Who needs a cutout?
3. It comes with a lifetime warranty and AWESOME customer service.
4. It's 100% stainless steel.
5. It's the only catback for ANY GM vehicle which GM actually approves and recommends.

Great post. I just bought mine used with full polished tips for $320 . I feel very fortunate, the guy I bought it from was very cool and already had a corsa on his car. Listening to his LS1 SS with h/c, longtubes and no cats was pure sex, mean as hell at revs with a great tone to it. I have yet to put it on myself but can't wait to. I'm just as excited to put this catback on as I am to put on my heads and cam setup.

Did you get the pro series tips or the premium tips? Either way, $320 is a darn good deal, used or not.

Which one has the most interior resonance Corsa, LMII, Flowmaster, MagnaFlow, or Hooker?

Re: Which for for flow and sound

My Corsa has the least resonance of any exhaust I've heard on any car. There is a pretty mild resonance on my car from about 1950 to about 2050 rpm. Basically, if I'm cruising in 6th, I can't go 90. 85 is fine, and 95 is fine, but anywhere from 88-92 resonates. It probably wouldn't bother most people -- the radio is more than enough to drown it out, and who cruises at 90 anyway?

From what I hear, LMII probably has the most, but I've not heard one in person so I'm not sure.
