Fuse Boxes in Engine Compartment

I was taking a peak inside my engine compartment today and noticed that the section that holds the fuse blocks just kinda flop loosely about. There did not appear to be any missing screws or clips though. There are two seperate fuse panels that are attached to a larger boxed unit. The two seperates are attatched firmly, but the whole unit is loose.. It is a Z28 2001... Any thoughts?
