G-TECH PRO Question

Well I went and got me a gtech pro today. I can't seem to get the friggin thing to stick. It does for a while then it falls off. Is there anything to do to help this matter???

clean and dry the glass THOROUGHLY.

probably use some rubbing alcohol to clean the glass.
