Take it to AutoZone and have them do the free code reader and see what it pulls up. Just an idea that won't cost you any money. An engine needs 5 things to run. Compression, Timing, Spark, Intake (air/fuel), and exhaust. Start the process of elimination...

You need to scan it.
Except.... the dolts at Auto Zone will see the OBD-II ALDL connector on your 95, hook up an OBD-II scanner, and then get a message that it "won't connect". They will tell you it needs a new computer. In actuality, its because your 95 has a 16-pin OBD-II ALDL connector, but has an OBD-I PCM. Most car parts places don't have an OBD-I scanner, and it they do, might not have the 12-pin to 16-pin adapter.
You indicate you got a "dist" - we'll assume that's a new Optispark distributor. What brand is it? Did the car have the same problem BEFORE you replaced it? You indicate it may be the "cam sensor"..... do you realize the cam position sensor is the oprical module inside the Optispark distributor?
When you replaced the "dist", did you check the condition of the short harness from the side of the intake manifold to the Opti?
How do you know it has gas? Did you verify the fuel pressure? Did you use a 'noid light to verify the injectors are actuall firing when you crank it? What brand fuel pump did you install? Was the fuel pump installed in an attempt to fix the problem, or did the problem act up AFTER you replaced the pump?
How did you verify spark?
Does the car have any aftermarket modifications, or is it stock?
A lot of questions, but you can't expect people a 1,000 miles away to be able to diagnose your problem based on a single sentence.

Also, with the OBD I computer and II hookup, AutoZone has a little key thing that connects 2 of the slots in the hookup, and flashes your service engine light. They also carry the book that tells you what code is what...

And you don't need their generic code book, because Shoebox has a code list specfically for the LT1:
