Ok was just making sure the instructions weren't for when the window was up. I didn't want to risk breaking anything. Think it could be the switch though? The window showed no signs of slowing or going out. Switch is fairly new but I am guessing could still be busted.Think I should use a test light to find out before I drill out my motor?

 

mine did the same thing and it was the motor

but yeah just check it with a test light first to make sure

make sure you use the directions on shoebox's site that does not remove the regulator though
