Help pls

I drive a 91 Chevy Silverado. I put WAY too much oil in it without realizing. Had to go to jiffy lube to have almost 3 quarts removed. On my way there the truck had a high pitch squeal to it and ticking, it worsened with acceleration. When idling it was like it was going to lose power and shut off. After having the oil drained to the correct amount it drove fine the rest of the evening. Until I had to go to work a few hours later. It’s started doing the same thing it was doing when I was on my way to jiffy lube. I have no idea what’s going on.

Re: Help pls

Assuming it has a Gen 1 small block Chevy engine, “LT1 Based Engine Tech” isn’t the correct forum. Moving....
