Re: Hurst shifter
Have you tried Ebay? Here's a link to an auction for an NOS part. http://www.ebay.com/itm/NOS-93-02-6-speed-HURST-shifter-Camaro-SS-Z28-Trans-Am-Firebird-1LE-SLP-orig-GM-/201355283521?hash=item2ee1b5cc41&vxp=mtr
Here's another for a used one. http://www.ebay.com/itm/93-02-Camaro-Firebird-T56-Manual-Hurst-Billet-Short-Throw-Shifter-Used-/381278160207?hash=item58c5f3054f&vxp=mtr

Re: Hurst shifter
I once had an SLP Hurst shifter from a 1997 30th Anniversary convertible. I'm looking for my photos, since I sold it to someone, and typically I would have sent photos.... maybe I sold it to someone local. The SLP/Hurst unit used the stock shift lever. The stock lever (non-Hurst) has a large round cylinder on the bottom, with the big rubber bushing that most people want to replace. I thought the SLP version had a stamped metal base plate, not a thick steel plate. We're going back more than 10 years on this, so it's all sort of vague.
Hurst made an aftermarket shifter in the mid 90's, and it came with a new lever that bolted directly to the stub that comes up from the trans. The first link above does have the factory part number and does indicate it uses the factory stick, so that appears to be what you are looking for.
I did find pics of my aftermarket Hurst Competition Plus shifter (the one in the bottom link above with the shift stop bolts was more correctly called the Hurst Billet shifter):
The orange item on the bottom of the plate is only a rubber band that was holding the 4 bolts from falling out.
