I got a buddy with a 83 monte carlo ss...305 with auto. The retard practically split his 95 firebird in half(damn trees jumping out of nowhere!!), but luckily the LT-1 /T56 combo are still in good shape. What kind of a project would it be to get the engine/tranny combo into the monte? The 305 motor mounts would accomodate the LT-1, and we have a complete donor car for all the wiring and such. My main question would be wedging the T56 in the monte...is it doable??
